Steel Gate LLC is seeking a Journeyman Management Analyst to support outreach, engagement, communications, and reporting activities for a national collaboration environment. This role assists with stakeholder communications, engagement events, newsletters, webinars, and documentation that support mission alignment and platform adoption.

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Public Administration, Communications, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Minimum of five years supporting Federal programs, mission operations, or analytical tasks
• Experience supporting stakeholder communications, engagement events, newsletters, and webinars
• Experience preparing minutes, action items, and reports
• Experience with basic data analysis and trend identification

• Program documentation and meeting support
• Preparation of minutes, action items, and reports
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Basic data analysis and trend identification
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Salary: $70k-$80k
