FACILITIES CONTRACT SUPERVISOR JOB
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Performs diverse administrative support functions.
- Assesses emails, photographs, and construction documents to identify equipment or parts that need to be ordered.
- Reviews quotes, purchase orders, and warehouse shipping logs, across multiple systems.
- Prepares purchase orders and reviews invoices.
- Tracks and communicates deliveries.
- Develops and maintains reports used for various departments using collected data.
- This will be done within the systems as well as manual data entry as needed.
- Communicates with store and Field Operations Team, Territory Service Managers, Service Technicians, Project Managers, and third part service providers.
- Works closely with Florida Division Facilities Specialist to maintain Nuvolo data accuracy.
- Assists in identifying facility repair needs and coordinates with respective maintenance team and Facilities Director.
- Monitors project and program expenditures.
- Works closely with Enterprise Accounting, Fixed Assets and Division Finance Teams.
- All other job duties as necessary.
QUALIFICATIONS:

- Self-starter that learns quickly and can navigate a fast-paced environment but not afraid to ask questions or ask for help.
