** ROLE SUMMARY
** Pfizer is seeking a
** Senior Manager of Integrated Insights & Strategy (IIS)
** to serve as a strategic advisor to brand leaders within the Vaccines business. Reporting to the IIS Therapeutic Team Lead, this role is responsible for generating actionable insights that drive commercial performance, inform business decisions, and unlock growth opportunities.  As part of the Global Commercial Analytics organization, the Senior Manager will integrate market research, analytics, and commercial performance data to address critical business questions across vaccine brands and franchises.

This individual will translate complex information into clear, compelling recommendations and serve as a trusted thought partner to cross-functional stakeholders.  The ideal candidate brings strong expertise in analytics and market research, exceptional business acumen, intellectual curiosity, and a demonstrated ability to influence decisions through insight-driven storytelling.  
** KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
**** Strategic Partnership & Commercial Insights
*** Partner with commercial stakeholders to identify, prioritize, and address key business questions.
* Deliver integrated insights and strategic recommendations that support brand performance and long-term growth.
* Conduct business assessments, patient journey analyses, and scenario planning to identify risks, opportunities, and performance drivers.
* Translate complex data into clear, actionable narratives for senior stakeholders.
* Support development of long-term brand and franchise strategies through evidence-based insights.
** Market Research & Insight Generation
*** Design and execute research to inform vaccine brand and franchise decisions.
* Apply qualitative and quantitative methods to address priority business questions.
* Synthesize research, analytics, field insights, and performance data into integrated recommendations.
* Use AI-enabled tools and emerging methods to accelerate and scale insight generation.
* Translate insights into clear, actionable deliverables for stakeholders.
** Cross-Functional Collaboration
*** Partner with Market Research, Strategic Analytics, Data Science, Forecasting, Digital, and other cross-functional teams to develop integrated recommendations.
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to execute learning plans and address evolving business needs.
* Contribute to capability building through knowledge sharing, innovation, and continuous improvement.  
** QUALIFICATIONS
* *** Education
* ** Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree (MBA, MS, MPH, or equivalent) preferred.
** Experience
* ** 6+ years of experience in market research, analytics, consulting, strategic planning, commercial excellence, or related fields.
* 3+ years supporting biopharmaceutical brands, vaccine franchises, or comparable commercial organizations.
* Demonstrated success solving complex business challenges through data-driven insights.
** Skills & Capabilities
*** Deep expertise in market research, analytics, and commercial insight generation.
* Experience designing and managing qualitative and quantitative research programs.
* Familiarity with AI-enabled research and analytics tools, including synthetic personas and automated insight-generation platforms.
* Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
* Ability to influence without authority in a matrixed environment.
* Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data visualization tools.
