- Partner with subject matter experts across Sales, Product, Sales Operations, Marketing, and other functions to translate business priorities and expertise into relevant learning experiences.
- Manage speaker and facilitator readiness, including content deadlines, session preparation, rehearsals, materials, and day‑of execution.
- Coordinate closely with event, workplace, travel, and regional partners to deliver seamless in‑person experiences across global locations.
- Maintain the ASCEND program calendar and operating rhythm, ensuring upcoming cohorts are planned and prepared well in advance.
- Anticipate risks and dependencies, resolve issues quickly, and keep multiple work streams moving without requiring significant day‑to‑day oversight.
- Facilitate and support components of global new hire onboarding, with a focus on Snap’s advertising business, products, tools, customers, and ways of working.
- Create and continuously improve engaging learning experiences that make complex sales and technical information practical and actionable for new hires.
- Ensure the in‑person ASCEND experience builds effectively upon required pre‑work and virtual onboarding, creating a cohesive end‑to‑end new hire journey.
