The RoleThe Project Coordinator & Scheduler sits at the center ofprojectexecution, supporting
Project
Managers, coordinatingtechnicianschedules across multiple concurrent jobs, and serving as the communication link between clients, field teams, and internal departments. This role is equalpartslogistics, coordination, and follow-through, and embodies our six core values: collaborative,accountable,proactive, curious, passionate, and creative.
- Supports Project Managers with day-to-dayprojectactivities, documentation, change orders, and milestone tracking.
- Builds and manages installation andtechnicianschedules across multiple projects, assigning resources based on scope, location, and skillset.
- Monitors resource availability andadjustsschedulesproactively in response to delays,scope changes, or conflicts.
- Coordinates withwarehouseandlogisticsteams to aligntechnicianschedules with material delivery timelines.
- Tracks procurement and ensurestimelydelivery of equipment and materials to job sites.
- Acts as a central communication point between clients,project managers, subcontractors, and field teams.
- Schedules client meetings, sitewalks, and punch list closeouts; communicatesprojectscope and schedule updates to all stakeholders.
- Produces daily/weekly dispatch summaries,project timeline updates, resourceutilizationreports, and closeout documentation.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience inprojectcoordination, scheduling, or operations; construction,technology, or field services a plus.
- Proficiency with scheduling tools such as Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, Asana, or
- Experience with ERP orprojectmanagement platforms such as Net Suite,Salesforce, or Procore.
- Strong Excel and Google Sheets skills for scheduling, reporting, and tracking.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Clear communicator, able to work effectively with technicians, managers, and clients alike.
- Prolonged periods of sitting and working at adesk or computer.
- Occasional travel to job sites for scheduling coordination and sitewalks.
