This role requires exceptional leadership, business acumen, communication, and influencing skills to drive performance, enable sound decision-making, and ensure achievement of business objectives in a fast-paced environment.

** The Opportunity
*** Serve as the business partner to the U.S. Alastin, co-own the P&L and foster key internal relationships within the broader US Finance organization
* Bring deep industry knowledge to help ensure optimal resource allocation in driving Alastin’s growth
* Use experience to help improve Gross to Net forecasting, processes, and controls for a robust pipeline of new innovation
* Provide guidance to the Commercial Teams through ad-hoc Finance & Sales analysis including net sales evolution for customer and channel
* Proactively identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency, accuracy, and effectiveness of financial reporting, forecasting, and analysis
* Provide ad‐hoc financial analyses and project support to executive leadership, supporting critical business decisions and strategic initiatives
* Lead, mentor, and develop a high‐performing finance team. Attract, retain, and develop top talent through effective coaching, performance management, and professional development to meet evolving business needs  
** Skills & Qualifications
** The preferred candidate will possess a minimum of 15+ years’ experience, having held positions of increasing scope and responsibility, including at least 5-7 years’ experience as a senior finance leader and business partner.
* A BS or BA is required, and an MBA or CPA is strongly preferred.
* A minimum of 4-6 years of management experience is required
* Knowledge and expertise of Consumer B2B /B2C levers such as promotions, bundles, discounts etc and experience working with larger product portfolios with multiple SKUs and sizes - including GtN and margin management. Prior Ecommerce…
