** About the Job
** The Head of U.S. Digital Market Access is a pivotal role that owns the operational applications, systems and source-system data that run U.S. Market Access contracting, pricing, offer and rebate management, Government Pricing and gross to net and is the Digital business partner to U.S. Market Access leadership. The role exists to make that landscape a dependable, compliant and largely automated foundation for the U.S. business, and to build the team and the governance that keep it that way.

It partners with the business advising, recommending and delivering against objectives the business owns while setting the technical direction the U.S. business depends on.

Four programs define the next three years. The person in this role will be measured on landing them.
* RMUS as the foundation. Stand up the U.S. revenue management platform as the system of record for commercial contracting and rebates, transition off the preceding arrangements, and prove it under audit. This is the foundational U.S. piece and the largest single commitment of the period.
* Model N modernization and iShift integration. Bring the revenue management estate onto current, supportable versions with materially less custom code, and integrate it cleanly with the iShift ERP programme so that pricing, invoicing and rebate flows reconcile without manual intervention.
* Government Pricing and gross-to-net modernization. Rebuild the Government Pricing calculation and gross-to-net estimation stack  Medicaid, Federal, Medicare ASP and the Anaplan gross-to-net model for accuracy, transparency, auditability and speed of close.
* Contract and offer automation, and AI-enabled operations. Move contracting and offer management to digital-first workflows, eliminate the remaining manual handoffs, and put AI and agentic workflows / automation to work in Market Access operations interacting intimately with modernization for US commercial with the U.S. Data Foundations (USDF) teams and the AI use-case lead.  Across all four the measure is the same: fewer manual handoffs, fewer errors, a faster and cleaner close, lower run cost, and a landscape that passes audit.

*** Business partnership and governance:
** Act as trusted advisor and service partner to U.S. Market Access leadership engaged early in business planning, anticipating needs and bringing options ahead of demand.
* Establish and chair the governance forum for Market Access operations and applications where priorities and trade-offs are decided and recorded; represent Market Access operational systems in the Data Enablement Council, where data and AI demand is prioritized with domain owners.
* Maintain a single, current portfolio view of Market Access digital activity and a formal demand intake, so trade-offs are visible rather than absorbed informally.
