Join our team of problem solvers as we add new chapters to the history of spaceflight!  As part of a hardworking team of engineers, business leaders, and cross-functional specialists, you will serve as a  systems engineer of business  — applying your strategic, analytical, and operational expertise to help Blue Origin scale to industry-high levels of manufacturing, launch, and mission execution.  

Our MBA hires work at the intersection of strategy, finance, operations, and program management across our business units:
New Glenn, Blue Engines, Lunar Permanence, In-Space Systems, Blue National Security, Advanced Concepts and Enterprise Engineering, and Operations.  Your work will directly impact how we build rockets, engines, and spacecraft — and ultimately, the road to space. Whether you're developing financial models to inform leadership decision-making, leading cross-functional programs to improve operational efficiency, analyzing strategic tradeoffs, optimizing business processes and resource allocation, or overseeing manufacturing operations and the transition from development to high-rate production, you will be a critical part of the team that turns Blue Origin's vision into reality.
