The Role:Labor Relations Manager
The Manager, Labor Relations is responsible for supporting PS’s labor relations strategy across the company’s operations. This role serves as a key partner to Operations, People, Employee Relations, and Legal, providing guidance on collective bargaining agreement administration, grievance management, labor‑related investigations, union communications, and labor risk.
This role will help ensure consistent interpretation and application of labor agreements while supporting a high‑performing, service‑driven environment for PS team members and leaders. The right candidate is practical, steady, and able to balance operational needs, employee experience, and company risk in a fast‑moving hospitality environment.
This role reports to the Vice President of People and plays a key part in supporting PS’s continued growth and operational excellence.
This role operates in both office and in our operational environments. The Manager, Labor Relations will be based out of our HQ and LAX property. The role requires the ability to work in a fast‑paced, guest‑facing business where priorities can shift quickly and labor matters may require timely response.
Physical RequirementsThis role is generally sedentary but may require walking through properties or operational spaces, attending meetings across locations, and occasional lifting of standard office materials.
TravelTravel to PS locations may be required based on business needs, labor activity, investigations, negotiations, or leader support.
- Serve as the primary labor relations partner for unionized work groups in operations.
