Job Description RoleThe Talent Operations Specialist is a hands-on, cross-functional role supporting talent/HR operations, project coordination, data analysis, and client/internal stakeholder work. This role focuses on improving processes, creating trackers and dashboards, and leveraging AI and rapid prototyping techniques to build practical tools and automations.
Key Responsibilities- Support day-to-day talent and HR operations including recruiting, onboarding, employee communications, workforce initiatives, and special projects.
- Coordinate projects by tracking actions, deadlines, deliverables, dependencies, and follow-up activities.
- Work with internal leaders, employees, candidates, and clients to gather information and keep initiatives moving.
- Collect, organize, analyze, and present workforce and operational data to support business decisions.
- Conduct research, synthesize findings, and produce clear recommendations or action plans.
- Leverage generative AI for research, analysis, content development, process improvement, and productivity gains.
- Explore AI-assisted development ("vibe coding") to prototype or build lightweight tools, automations, dashboards, workflows, and other solutions.
- Identify opportunities to automate or streamline processes and develop trackers, reports, dashboards, presentations, and process documentation.
- Jump into new assignments and special projects as business needs evolve.
- Approximately 2–5 years of professional experience, preferably including HR/talent operations, project coordination, PMO support, or business operations.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Management, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Communications, or related field (preferred).
- Strong organizational and project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency with Excel and comfort working with data, reporting, and research.
- Hands‑on experience using generative AI tools and interest in exploring new AI‑driven productivity approaches.
- Experience with or interest in AI‑assisted development / vibe coding using natural‑language prompts and AI coding tools to prototype applications, automations, or workflows.
- Experience with Power BI, data visualization, or dashboard development is a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication, attention to detail, judgment, and problem‑solving skills.
- Self‑starter mentality with willingness to take ownership, experiment, and learn in the absence of an established playbook.
- Prior experience building dashboards, reports, or automation solutions.
- Exposure to PMO or formal project management practices.
- Prior experience applying AI to operational workflows or tooling.
