Support both sides of the acquisition and contracts lifecycle in your clients’ missions as an acquisition management professional. Bring your passion to support pre- and post-award federal contracts and improve the processes that defend our nation. Serve as a contracting functional expert and perform contract management duties by assisting with pre-award, award, and post-award activities. Assist with program acquisition, contracting, and intellectual property strategies.

Develop and maintain acquisition and program- related documentation and artifacts, including Streamlined Acquisition Plans ( STRAPs ) , Justification and Approvals ( J & As ) , Request for Proposal ( RFP ) packages, Technical Instructions ( TIs ) , Technical Advisory Reports ( TARs ) , Purchase Requisition s ( PRs ) , Contract Data Requirement Lists ( CDRLs ) , DoD Contract Security Classification Specification, and contract modifications.

Assist with management and oversight of contract actions and milestones, Government Furnished Property, Equipment, and Materials deliverables, CDRLs, TIs, and DD 254s. Perform program management duties by assisting with internal and external data calls for contract status, program and finan cia l reviews, program reports, audits, and request for information. Provide general support for program reviews and meetings. Monitor contract finan cia l allocations, obligations, and expenditures.

You Have:

• 5+ years of experience with DoW, Department of Navy, or federal contract management or contract administration
• Experience leading a team of contract analysts and overseeing the management of multiple contracts, and with procurement and contract writing systems
• Experience drafting pre-award acquisition documents and post-award contract management documents, including acquisition plans, acquisition strategies, Statements of Work, RFP packages, contract modifications, and technical instructions
• Experience navigating and using the Federal Acquisition Regulation ( FAR ) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations System ( DFARS )
• Experience using Micro sof t Office 365 applications and tools
• Knowledge of contract concepts and contract acquisition laws and regulations
• Ability to independently draft all pre-award documentation for an RFP package
• Ability to independently analyze contracting and finan cia l met rics

Nice If You Have:

• Experience supporting Acquisition Category ( ACAT ) and non-ACAT programs
• Experience with the Defense Acquisition System ( DAS ) process, congressional enactment process, Adaptive Acquisition Framework ( AAF ) pathways, and Other Tra nsa ction Authorities
• Ability to pay strict attention to detail
• Possession of strong analytical, problem-solving, research, and organizational skills
• Possession of strong verbal and written communication skills
• DoW DAWIA, CFCM, or similar Industry Certification
