Clear Kanvas Global is hiring for a Chief Product Officer to lead product vision and strategy for a high-growth technology company. This executive role sits at the intersection of product, engineering, and business leadership, reporting directly to the CEO. The position is fully remote within the United States.## Key responsibilities
* Define and execute the overall product vision, strategy, and roadmap across the organization
* Lead, mentor, and scale a distributed product management and design team
* Partner with engineering, sales, and marketing to align product initiatives with business goals
* Drive customer discovery, market research, and competitive analysis to inform decision-making
* Oversee the full product lifecycle from ideation through launch and iteration
* Establish key product metrics and use data to optimize performance and user engagement
* Represent the product organization to the executive team, board, and external stakeholders## Required qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
* 10+ years of product management experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role (VP or CPO level) Proven track record of scaling products in a high-growth, remote-first environment
* Executive-level product strategy and vision setting
* Strong people leadership and team-building across distributed teams
* Data-driven decision-making and product analytics
* Excellent cross-functional communication and stakeholder management
* Experience with agile development methodologies
* Deep understanding of user-centered design and customer discovery
