StateVA### Description Are you a proactive, organized nanny who enjoys both hands-on childcare and helping a busy family stay one step ahead? A welcoming Vienna family is seeking a dependable professional to primarily care for their 1-year-old while their 7- and 5-year-olds are in school full-time. In addition to providing engaging care for the toddler, the nanny will take on a “kid manager” role by making sure the children have the supplies, food, clothing, and other essentials they need, staying ahead of school-related deadlines, and helping parents keep track of the many details that come with three children.

Responsibilities will also include preparing healthy meals and snacks and driving the children to activities using the family's van. The ideal candidate is responsible, consistent, and naturally proactive, with excellent communication skills and a genuine respect for the family's gentle parenting approach. The family is looking for someone who can confidently take initiative while keeping parents informed and working collaboratively with them.

They also have two dogs, so comfort around pets is important. This is a wonderful opportunity for someone who enjoys being an integral part of a family and is looking to build a lasting relationship.
