Full-Time Family Assistant & House Manager

Location: Marina del Rey, CA 90292 (The family is anticipating a possible relocation to Manhattan Beach in the near future. Candidate will need to be willing to commute to Manhattan Beach.)

Employment Type: Full-Time | 30–40 hours per week

Schedule:

• Monday through Thursday 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
• Friday 7:00 AM - 12:00PM
• Flexibility required for additional support as needed

Compensation
: $40–$50 per hour, based on experience. Mileage reimbursement for role related tasks.

Start Date: ASAP

• Maintain a smoke-free and fragrance-free environment.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Must have reliable personal transportation and a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Must be willing to use own vehicle for school runs and errands; mileage reimbursement provided.
• Candidates are required to be up to date on recommended vaccinations in line with American Academy of Pediatrics and Centers for Disease Control and Prevention guidelines (including COVID-19 and influenza), subject to applicable legal accommodations.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.

We are an engaging, high-energy family of five (kid’s ages: 15, 13 and 10) living steps from the ocean in Marina del Rey. Our home is full of movement - early mornings, school runs to three different schools in three different directions, competitive athletics,a genuine love of good food and a well-run household. Our oldest is a competitive golfer, which adds a layer of logistics and pride to our daily rhythm.

We also share our home with a very chill, lovable Husky who completes our family.
