Cedar River Complex - Childcare Supervisor
Summary of position: Responsible for supervising children in the Kid's Cove area, while maintaining a fun, welcoming, and safe playing atmosphere.
Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate strong verbal communication skills. Able to positively engage with children, parents, guardians, and team members.
- Recognize and respond effectively in emergency situations.
- Demonstrate a caring and compassionate attitude when interacting with and caring for children.
- Advanced multitasking and organizational skills to handle multiple children at a time.
Qualifications/
Experience:
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Thrive in a team environment with a positive attitude.
- Able to problem solve on the spot and remain calm under pressure.
