Nursery Coordinator;
Director of Family Ministry

Primary Function:
The Nursery Worker serves Immanuel Lutheran Church and School (ILCS) by providing childcare during worship services and other events.

• Act as a Christian role model for all school and church workers, volunteers, students, and families, sharing the Gospel of Jesus as Savior and Friend
• Embrace, support and participate in the team ministry of ILCS
• Provide childcare
• Ensure safety of nursery equipment and spaces
• Other duties as requested

Travel:
None.

$14.33 per hour for minors; $15.91 per hour for adults;

• Being an active member of ILCS or willingness to become an active member is preferred
• Embrace the mission and ministry of ILCS
• Be at least 15 years old (Any person under the age of 16 must provide an employment certificate.)
• Possess and demonstrate strong interpersonal skills in relating to adults and children
• Able to safely lift 30 lbs. and perform work requiring the ability to stoop and bend
• Able to maintain professional standards by keeping the confidentiality of children, families, staff, and the program
• Successful completion of a background check
