This warm, active, and fun-loving family is looking for a nanny to become a trusted extension of their household and a loving presence in their daughter’s life. Their daughter, G (13 months), is sweet, curious, and thrives with a calm, nurturing environment and plenty of one‑on‑one attention. Mom recently started a more demanding job and works primarily from home in her upstairs office, while Dad works nearby with a flexible schedule.

They are looking for someone who can confidently take the lead with G (13months) while both parents are working.

The ideal nanny will have strong infant and toddler experience and genuinely enjoy supporting children through each stage of development.. Their ideal nanny will plan age‑appropriate activities that encourage milestones through reading, sensory play, music, creative play, and outdoor exploration. The family would love someone who enjoys getting out of the house for fun outings such as trips to the zoo, library, parks, and other local activities.

As G (13months) grows, the nanny will also help support potty training and other developmental milestones.

G (13months) does best with a patient, gentle, and nurturing caregiver who can create a predictable and peaceful routine. Strong communication is important to the family, and they appreciate a nanny who provides updates throughout the day and openly communicates about G (13months) needs and progress.

The primary focus will always be childcare, but the family would appreciate help with baby‑related tasks such as laundry, linens, meal preparation, and keeping baby’s spaces organized and tidy. They also have two friendly dogs, a Mini Goldendoodle and a French Bulldog, and the nanny may occasionally let them out during the day if Mom is traveling for work.
