A to Z Building Blocks is hiring a Flexible Center Hopper who can choose from available shifts that fit their schedule.

You’ll work primarily with children in our classrooms, while also being required to help as a substitute cook at any of our locations when needed.

• Starting at $16.25/hour
• Part-time, flexible position
• Choose from available shifts that work for you

• Free meals during your shift
• No weekends

• Pick up available classroom and support shifts based on your availability
• Hours will vary and are not guaranteed
• Work with infants through school-age children
• Must be willing to work at American Fork, Orem, Eagle Mountain, and Spanish Fork
• Must be available to substitute as a cook at all locations when needed

• Support classrooms and care for children of all ages
• Help with play, learning, meals, and daily routines
• Adapt to different classrooms, teams, and locations
• Prepare and serve meals and snacks when covering a cook shift
• Maintain a clean and organized classroom or kitchen

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Must be willing to drive our 14-passenger van
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• No CDL required. We provide required driver training
• Must be willing to work at all A to Z locations
• Must be willing to substitute as a cook
• Child care experience preferred
• Cooking experience is a plus, but not required
• Willing to obtain CPR/First Aid and Food Handler Permit
• Able to pass required background checks
