Full Time live-out Nanny required for a loving Chelsea family with an infant (b. Feb 2026), starting November 2026. Specific duties to be negotiated with the family, but in general, you will be responsible for all child related duties including providing nurturing care and interacting with their son in an engaging, loving and age-appropriate way. To be successful, you will need to be experienced with infant/toddler care and milestones and truly love kids!

Good hearted, proactive and detail oriented candidates will be a great match for this family! A candidate who is able to complete light, child related housekeeping duties (laundry, meal preparation, etc), and maintain all common areas in a clean and tidy state will be well suited to this role! The ideal candidate is engaged during wake windows and will take initiative to organize playdates, classes, walks to the park, etc in the neighborhood.

The family is looking to partner with a nanny who values good communication and respectful partnership with hands-on parents.

Chelsea, NY (amazing location - one block from Madison Square Park!)

Start date:

November 2026 (family is flexible for the right candidate)

Days/times: G uaranteed 40 hours a week, Monday through Friday with general hours expected to land between 10am-6pm. No set weekends, travel or overnights expected however flexibility as needed for additional hours (with advance notice) is desired.

Conditions: $30 - $35 per hour* (paid as a W2 employee + all hours over 40hr paid at x1.5 rate) plus unlimited monthly OMNY card, public holidays, sick/personal and vacation days. Family open to providing healthcare stipend for the perfect candidate.

For further consideration, applicants must possess the following:

• Authorization to work in the US
• An ideal candidate has at least 3-5 years experience working with families with young children
• A well-suited demeanor + recent experience working with infants and eventual toddlers
• Comfortable partnering with Mom at home (Mom will occasionally work from home)
• Fluency in English - bilingual candidates (Mandarin and/or Cantonese) preferred but not required.
• Exceptional childcare references that attest to strong communication skills, reliability, punctuality, and high emotional intelligence
• Education or equivalent knowledge of ages and stages of child growth and development
• Comfortable with pets - family has a friendly female hound mix. No pet related responsibilities expected (family has a dog walker).
