Camp Hyatt Attendant; On-Call

The Camp Hyatt Attendant is responsible for providing a safe, engaging, and enjoyable environment for children ages 3 to 12 participating in Camp Hyatt programs. This role plans and leads age-appropriate activities, supervises children during indoor and outdoor programs, maintains facility cleanliness and organization, and ensures compliance with all safety and security procedures. The Camp Hyatt Attendant delivers exceptional guest service to children and their families while promoting a fun, respectful, and welcoming atmosphere.

• Experience working with children in a childcare, camp, recreation, education, or hospitality setting preferred.
• Must enjoy working with children and demonstrate patience, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with children, parents, and team members.
• Ability to plan, organize, and lead engaging activities for children of various ages.
• Knowledge of child supervision practices and basic behavior management techniques.
• Current First Aid and CPR certification preferred, or willingness to obtain certification.
• Ability to respond calmly and effectively in emergency situations.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to maintain attendance records, inventories, and activity supplies.
• Ability to follow established sign-in/sign-out procedures and maintain a secure environment for children.
• Physically able to participate in recreational activities, supervise outdoor play, and perform light lifting, cleaning, and set-up duties.
• Flexible availability, including weekends, holidays, and peak vacation periods as required.
• Commitment to providing exceptional guest service and maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for all participants.
