Mrs. Hudson
Female, 40-65 - Holmes’s long-suffering Baker Street landlady. Practical, intelligent and genuinely affectionate toward both Holmes and Watson.

Male, 40-50 - Holmes’s dead arch‑enemy, the criminal mastermind known as the “Napoleon of Crime.”
Male, 20s
- Holmes as seen in memories of his childhood and youth. Precocious, emotionally guarded and already developing the observational brilliance that will define him.
Male, 40-60 - Scotland Yard detective. Earnest, conventional and considerably less perceptive than Holmes, though not malicious. His limitations help show how badly London still needs Holmes.
First Spirit / Ghost of Christmas Past
