Senior Residential Support WorkerLocation:
Olive Tree House, Northampton. Full Time.
We’re looking for an experienced Senior Residential Support Worker to lead our team at Olive Tree House. You will be responsible for overseeing care delivery, mentoring staff, and ensuring the highest standards of care.
- Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare
- Minimum 2 years experience in children’s residential care
Join our team as a Residential Support Worker and make a real difference in the lives of Young Males aged 11-18 with Emotional and Behavioral Difficulties (EBD).
- Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or willingness to work towards)
We’re looking for dedicated Night Support Workers to ensure the safety and wellbeing of our Young Males during overnight shifts.
- Experience in residential care preferred
- Ability to work independently through the night
