Job DescriptionJoin our team as a high-performing Coordinator and take the lead at an established and flourishing After School Care service located on the grounds of St Brendan's Catholic Primary School, Annandale . This is your opportunity to make a meaningful impact within a vibrant and supportive community.
This is a
Permanent, Full-Time position, Monday - Friday. Split shifts 8 hours days - flexible with the hours arrangement.

Your
Key Responsibilities:
As the Coordinator, you will play a vital leadership role in shaping a positive, enriching environment for children, educators, and families. Your responsibilities will include:

accurate attendance records and bookings
to ensure consistent supervision and safety

Supervise and mentor educators

About You:
To excel in this role, you will bring:
A
Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
.
Proven experience in
Out of School Hours Care (OSHC).
Demonstrates strong leadership and communication skills
Is reliable, organised, and enthusiastic
Certification in
Child Protection Training
.
Current
First Aid Certificates
, including CPR, anaphylaxis, and asthma management.
A valid
NSW Working With Children Check
.
Completed the mandatory national child safety training via GECCKO. Register GECCKO
