Assistant Superintendent

As an Assistant Superintendent, you will coordinate field execution, engineering, and project management teams, track daily progress, prepare comprehensive reports, assist with site logistics and scheduling, resolve issues between trades, maintain communication between clients and field teams, and keep accurate field records.

• Support issue resolution between trades.
• Maintain effective communication between client and field teams.
• Assist with documentation and field records maintenance.

• Experience in industrial construction and construction supervision.
• Subcontractor management expertise.
• Proficiency in schedule tracking and use of Microsoft Project.
• Knowledge of safety and quality control practices.
• Experience with Procore and project management.

• Strong communication and coordination abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced jobsite environment.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin is strongly preferred.

Work on large industrial projects, including solar manufacturing facilities and data centers, primarily in Jeffersonville, IN with potential travel across the US. The environment is dynamic and fast‑paced.

Permanent position based in Jeffersonville, KY.

$60,000 – $80,000 per year. 3 % 401(k) match. 15–20 days PTO. Health insurance. Pay between projects. Relocation assistance.

Fully on‑site in Jeffersonville, KY.
