FF - Project Coordinator

Overview

Responsible for supporting the execution and management of construction projects across multiple industrial facilities, including equipment installation, contractor oversight, and project cost tracking.

• Assist in managing construction activities across multiple plant sites
• Support procurement and selection of plant equipment and required materials
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, ensuring safety and quality standards
• Oversee internal labor for equipment installation and construction work
• Participate in equipment startup, commissioning, and operational handoff
• Maintain and manage tools and equipment utilized on-site
• Communicate with plant leadership on equipment functionality and performance
• Track project costs and support construction budget management
• Ensure safe operation of tools, machinery, and jobsite activities
• Provide hands‑on oversight of fabrication work (cutting, welding, installation, layout)
• Support additional project and site responsibilities as required

• High school diploma required; relevant degree preferred
• 3+ years of experience in construction, project coordination, or project management

• Experience as a millwright or within heavy industrial environments
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Team‑oriented with strong interpersonal skills
• Professional and organized approach to project execution

• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs occasionally
• Frequent bending, lifting, pulling, and physical activity
• Willingness to travel extensively (air and ground)
• Ability to work nights/weekends for shutdowns or equipment changeouts
• Comfortable working at heights (up to ~50 ft)
