Construction Manager – Kolter Homes

Kolter Homes is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to help bring stunning homes to life.

What You’ll Do

As a Construction Manager, you’ll be at the center of the action, overseeing every phase of home construction from planning through completion. You’ll lead teams, manage schedules, and ensure homes are delivered on time, on budget, and to Kolter Homes’ high-quality standards.

Your role will include:

• Supervising, planning, and directing construction activities for assigned homes
• Coordinating trades, consultants, inspections, and regulatory agencies
• Managing construction schedules and driving projects to successful completion
• Enforcing budgets, cost controls, and quality control standards
• Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and safety requirements
• Maintaining clear, ongoing communication with home buyers throughout the build process
• Releasing homes for closing with confidence and pride in the final product

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for a proven construction professional who thrives in a leadership role and takes pride in delivering exceptional homes.

Qualifications include:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field (preferred)
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in a similar construction management role
• Ability to obtain the following within 30 days of start date:
• OSHA 10-hour Construction Certification
• Stormwater Management EPA Construction Training Certification
