States.

You'llworkalongside

Project

Managers,Superintendents,technicians,subcontractors,andotherrestorationprofessionalstoensureprojectsarecompletedsafely,efficiently,andaccordingto

Sasser

Restoration'sstandards.

Thisisa
hands-onleadershipposition
.Youshouldbecomfortableleadingcrewswhilealsojumpinginwhereverneededtokeepaprojectmoving.

What You'llDo:

• Superviseandcoordinaterestorationcrewsonmitigationanddisasterresponseprojectsnationwide.
• Mobilizetoprojectlocationsacrossthecountry,oftenwithlimitednotice.
• Remaindeployedforextendedperiodswhenrequiredbyprojectdemands.
• Leadanddirecttechniciansandtemporarylaboronactivejobsites.
• Assistwithwaterextraction,demolition,drying,containment,cleaning,andotherrestorationactivitiesasneeded.
• Monitorjobsiteprogressandensureworkiscompletedsafely,efficiently,andaccordingtoprojectrequirements.
• Assistwithequipmentsetup,placement,monitoring,and breakdown.
• Maintainaccuratejobdocumentation,daily reports,photos,moisture readings,equipment logs,andotherrequiredprojectrecords.
• Coordinate with Project Manager sand Superintendentsregardingmanpower ,equipment,materials,andprojectprogress.
• Ensurecrewsfollowcompanysafetyproceduresandmaintainclean,organizedjobsites.
• Communicateprofessionallywithcustomers,property representatives,subcontractors,andotherprojectstakeholders.
• Helpidentifyandresolvefieldchallengesquicklyinfast-moving environments.
• Represent Sasser Restorationprofessionallywhileworkingatclientlocationsthroughoutthecountry .

What We'reLooking

• Previousexperiencein
  restoration,mitigation,disaster response,construction,orarelatedfield
  .
• Previoussupervisoryorcrewleadershipexperiencestronglypreferred.
• Workingknowledgeofwatermitigation,structural drying,demolition,andrestorationprocesses.
• Abilityandwillingnesstotravel
  extensivelythroughoutthe
  
  United States .
• Abilitytodeploywith
  short notice
  whenemergencyresponseisrequired.
• Willingnesstobeawayfromhomefor
  extendedperiodsoftime
  ,includingmultipleweekswhenprojectneedsrequireit.
• Flexibilitytoworklonghours,nights,weekends,andholidaysduringactivedeployments.
• Strong leadership,communication,and problem-solving skills.
• Abilitytoworkeffectivelyinhigh-pressure,rapidlychangingenvironments.
• Strongattentiontojobdocumentation,organization,and accountability.
• Valid driver'slicenseandabilitytomeetcompanydrivingrequirements.
• Abilitytoperformthephysicalrequirementsofrestorationandmitigationwork.
• IICRCcertifications,includingWRT,ASD,orAMRT,arehighlypreferred.
