Prestige Land in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Senior Estimator to prepare accurate site work estimates. You will review plans and geotechnical reports, perform quantity takeoffs for earthwork, utilities, grading, and paving, and develop labor, equipment, materials, and subcontractor costs.
The role requires 5–8 years estimating experience, reading civil plans, and proficiency with Agtek, HCSS, Bluebeam, and Bid2
