Location: Northern
Solid Rock Recruiting, LLC is seeking a Heavy Civil Project Manager / Estimator in southeastern Wisconsin. The role involves estimating, bidding, and managing projects from takeoff to closeout, coordinating with field teams, vendors, and owners, and ensuring safety, schedule, cost control, and profitability.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in heavy civil PM/estimation, strong budgeting and leadership skills, and proficiency with HCSS Heavy Bid or Viewpoint ERP.
