S-BR is seeking experienced Leadmen to join our team across South Florida. You’ll lead on-site crews, supervise day-to-day operations, and ensure safety and quality workmanship in concrete restoration, waterproofing, painting, carpentry, and general construction.
The ideal candidate is reliable, safety-minded, and able to manage crews while delivering projects on time and to high standards. Prior hands-on leadership in construction or restoration is required.
