As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of water and wastewater construction projects, from pre-construction planning through final completion and closeout. You will oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, procurement, resource allocation, subcontractor coordination, change management, and client relations while ensuring compliance with safety, quality, contract, and regulatory requirements. Your leadership will help drive the successful delivery of complex water and wastewater infrastructure projects, including treatment facilities, pump stations, lift stations, pipelines, and related municipal infrastructure.

We are looking for a results-driven Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and successful completion of water and wastewater construction projects. This role will oversee project performance from pre-construction through closeout, while leading project teams, managing client relationships, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with contract requirements and company standards.
DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES- Manage the full project lifecycle for water and wastewater construction projects, from pre-construction through final completion and closeout, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
- Develop, maintain, and manage project schedules, including critical path activities, milestones, and recovery strategies to proactively address potential delays.
- Monitor project budgets, cost performance, and forecasts while identifying opportunities for value engineering, cost savings, and improved project efficiency.
- Lead coordination and communication with owners, engineers, subcontractors, suppliers, regulatory agencies, and internal project teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Review and interpret contracts, plans, specifications, and project requirements to ensure compliance with scope, quality standards, applicable regulations, and contractual obligations.
- Proactively identify, evaluate, and resolve construction, design, procurement, and coordination challenges to maintain project progress and minimize impacts to cost and schedule.
