Construction Manager/ Foreman, Site Manager, Regulatory Compliance Specialist

Stone Restoration of America is a premiere restoration and waterproof commercial contractor of building facades and parking decks. A family owned and operated business since 1993. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will assist our Project Managers in planning, coordinating, and overseeing construction projects from inception to completions. This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work collaboratively with various members.
Roleand Responsibilities
- Assist the Project Manager in developing project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Coordinate and communicate with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure project requirements are met.
- Monitor project progress and report on milestones, issues, and risks.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation including photos, change orders, request for information and progress
reports. - Conduct site visits to monitor construction activities and ensure adherence to plans and specifications.
- Assist in resolving any project-related issues or conflicts.
- Management of subcontractors and production of project.
- Support the Project Manager in managing project resources, including labor, materials and equipment.
- Participate in project meetings and provide updates on project status.
- Education:
Two-years’ degree in Construction Management or related experience. - Experience:
Two years in Construction Management. - Skills:
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office programs and related computer skills. Proficient in construction management software (e.g. Procore). Ability to read project plans and specifications. - Physical:
Able to stand and sit for extended periods. Able to climb and balance on equipment, ladders, and scaffolding. Able to lift more than 50 pounds. Able to work in outdoor conditions. - Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to projects sites as needed.
- Must be authorized to work in the USA.
