Responsibilities- Assist with site setup and material handling
- Operate tools and equipment safely
- Perform general labor tasks (concrete, grading, finishing, etc.)
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Follow supervisor instructions and safety guidelines
- Construction, landscaping, or concrete experience preferred
- Ability to perform physically demanding work
- Team-oriented with a strong work ethic
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Driver's license preferred
