We will be expanding our team in the DFW market in 2026 and seek a seasoned Site Construction Superintendent to lead our field operations.
Position Summary:The Site Construction General Superintendent will oversee all field operations for one or more site-work projects (up to $10M) from mobilization through completion.
You’ll be responsible for scheduling, budgets, quality, safety, subcontractor coordination, resource management, and stakeholder communications.
You serve as the on-site leader to ensure projects are executed efficiently, safely, and to the company’s standards, and as a General Superintendent responsible for managing other projects managed by Job Foremen.
