You will hire and manage subs, source materials, manage budgets, obtain permits, and maintain client communication across residential and commercial sites.
The role requires 4+ years PM experience, strong communication, and proficiency with construction software. Familiarity with DASH is a plus; safety and environmental standards knowledge is essential.
