Location: Northern
Lumos Fiber is seeking a full-time Manager – OSP Construction to lead Outside Plant builds and oversee subcontractor teams that install our 100% fiber network. You will collaborate with internal Lumos groups to build relationships with local officials and communities, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
The ideal candidate has 10+ years in OSP/construction fiber, 2-5 years leading techs and contractors, and strong PM skills.
