Location: Northern
NESL is hiring a Construction Laborer (Trainee) to develop skills as part of the laborer crew under a foreperson. The role involves reading roadway plans, assisting in erosion and sediment control, traffic protection, and asphalt patching and compacting.
Trainee program spans 1,000 hours with structured orientation and on-the-job instruction. After core training, the trainee gains work experience as a skilled laborer with pay aligned to wage rates.
