American Safety Traffic Control is seeking a Crew Lead to guide a 2-4 person traffic control crew, ensuring safe traffic flow and compliant site operations on road projects. This role is a stepping stone toward Crew Supervisor or Safety Specialist positions and offers outdoor team-based work.
The Crew Lead will supervise daily briefings, site setup, paperwork, and crew performance while upholding company policies and safety standards. A valid driver’s license and ATSSA certification are required.
