Location: Northern
Red Cedar Construction Services, LLC. seeks an experienced Construction Estimator to own cost development and bid strategy for multifamily and commercial projects in the Southeast. The role requires thorough quantity takeoffs, budget estimates, and subcontractor bid leveling.
You will maintain historical cost databases, enforce disciplined documentation in Procore, and collaborate with design and ownership teams to protect margins from the earliest design phase.
