North Atlanta, GA
$110K-$150K+ (Based on Experience)
Civil, Site Development & GDOT Projects
About the RoleA well-respected General Contractor is seeking a Superintendent to oversee civil construction projects throughout the North Atlanta and Metro Atlanta area.
This position is ideal for someone with experience leading site development, earthwork, utility, roadway, or GDOT projects who enjoys running jobs, developing crews, and delivering quality work safely and on schedule.
Responsibilities- Manage daily field operations on civil and sitework projects
- Coordinate crews, subcontractors, equipment, and materials
- Maintain project schedules, quality standards, and jobsite safety
- Read and interpret construction plans and specifications
- Work closely with Project Managers and clients
- Communicate with inspectors, engineers, and project stakeholders
- Mentor and develop field personnel
- Ensure compliance with GDOT standards and local regulations
- Experience with civil construction, site development, utilities, earthwork, roadway, or GDOT projects
- Proven ability to lead field operations and crews
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to maintain a safe, organized, and productive jobsite
- Experience with daily reports and construction scheduling
Years of experience are flexible. Strong field leadership and project success are the primary qualifications.
