Halmar International is seeking an experienced Estimator to join our bidding team on construction projects in the San Francisco area. You will prepare preliminary cost estimates, takeoffs, and bid packages, and coordinate with subs and suppliers to secure the best pricing.
You will lead bid reviews, manage bid plans, and ensure documents are current on Share File/SharePoint. The role requires strong Excel skills, knowledge of HCSS/Heavy Bid, and the ability to work late during pre-submittal
