Daniels Health About the Opportunity Daniels Property Group, the real estate division of Daniels Health, is expanding its internal construction team to maintain, improve, and protect healthcare and industrial facilities across North America. We're seeking an experienced Construction & Maintenance Specialist to take on hands-on construction, maintenance, renovation, and capital improvement projects across our growing national property portfolio. This role is perfect for someone with a solid construction trade background who thrives on problem-solving, working with their hands, and delivering quality results.

• You'll perform general building maintenance and repairs while completing special projects throughout the Daniels property portfolio.
• Your day-to-day work includes conducting facility inspections to identify maintenance and repair needs, coordinating subcontractors, and assisting with project planning and scheduling.
• You’ll support preventative maintenance initiatives, respond to urgent facility issues, and assist with roofing and capital improvement projects as assigned.
• All work will maintain compliance with OSHA regulations, building codes, and Daniels safety standards.
• This position requires extensive travel throughout the United States.

• You bring at least 5 years of commercial construction or facility maintenance experience, with skilled trade expertise in areas such as carpentry, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, roofing, or general construction.
• You have solid knowledge of commercial building systems and construction practices, combined with strong communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
• You work independently, manage multiple priorities effectively, hold a valid driver's license, and are willing to travel extensively.
• OSHA certification is preferred.
