* Description:

** This role is responsible for coordinating field operations, directing project teams and trade partners, maintaining safe and high-quality construction processes, and delivering work in accordance with contract documents, project schedules, client expectations, and applicable OSHPD/HCAI requirements. This position reports directly to the Jobsite Project Manager, General Superintendent (if applicable), or other assigned supervisors.
• Leads field operations for large commercial healthcare projects, including new construction, additions, renovations, and work within occupied facilities, while maintaining accountability for safety, quality, schedule, and project execution.
• Develops, implements, and monitors jobsite safety plans, OSHA compliance, incident response procedures, emergency planning, pre-task planning, safety walks, meetings, audits, and subcontractor safety performance.
• Plans and manages complex phasing, site logistics, temporary conditions, utility shutdowns, tie-ins, patient/staff access, noise and vibration controls, hospital operational continuity, and OSHPD/HCAI requirements.
• Creates and manages master schedules, short-interval schedules, look-ahead schedules, manpower plans, recovery strategies, pull-planning, weekly work planning, constraint tracking, and Lean/Last Planner practices as applicable.
• Oversees subcontractors and field personnel, coordinates work across all trades and specialty healthcare systems, leads coordination meetings, and maintains collaborative relationships with owners, healthcare representatives, design teams, inspectors, trades, and unions.
• Manages quality control and closeout activities, including QA/QC plans, mock-ups, first-in-place installations, quality walks, deficiency tracking, as-built documentation, commissioning support, punch-list completion, and owner acceptance.
• Reviews contract documents, scopes, RFIs, submittals, coordination drawings, and field conditions; communicates project impacts; supports cost, labor, equipment, material, permitting, inspections, and site mobilization efforts; mentors…
