Responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing construction projects from preconstruction through completion
, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with contract requirements.

• Manage construction project scheduling, budgeting, and coordination
  .
• Lead and coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and internal project teams
  .
• Monitor budgets, cost forecasts, and overall financial performance
  .
• Review contracts, drawings, specifications, and project requirements
  .
• Coordinate meetings with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and project stakeholders
  .
• Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation
  .
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, company policies, and contract requirements
  .
• Oversee project closeout, punch lists, and final documentation
  .

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
• 7–10 years of construction project management experience
  .
• Strong knowledge of construction processes and contract administration
  .
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  .

• Combination of office and construction site environments
  .
• Regular exposure to construction site conditions
  .
• May require extended hours depending on project demands.
• Travel may be required based on project needs.
