Auburn University Facilities Management is currently seeking a skilled and motivated Construction Technician to join our team. This position is ideal for individuals with roofing experience, as well as those with a background in construction building maintenance, and/or preventive maintenance programs. The Construction Technician plays a vital role in supporting the construction, repair, and upkeep of university buildings, streets, sidewalks, and property.
Responsibilities include assisting with new construction, renovation, and maintenance projects across campus. Depending on departmental needs and individual expertise, the role may focus on in-house construction, infrastructure, or roofing. Candidates should be dependable, safety-conscious, and take pride in their craftsmanship. This is a great opportunity to contribute to the physical foundation of Auburn University and be part of a team dedicated to maintaining and improving campus facilities.
