Pepper Construction is looking for qualified, intelligent students with a passion for learning about the construction industry to experience life with a commercial general contractor.

Our Preconstruction team supports the activities that occur at the beginning of a project, prior to the start of construction. You will work directly with many aspects of preconstruction, including but not limited to take-offs, bid scope sheets, and subcontractor coordination. You will also be involved in training sessions, jobsite tours and safety. You will gain hands‑on experience with a reputable general contractor in the Indianapolis Area.

• Current college student entering their Sophomore, Junior or Senior year studying Construction Management or a similar discipline during the 2026/27 school year.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong computer skills and the ability to quickly learn and apply new technology
• Ability to work independently while still contributing and collaborating in a team
• Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail
• Reliable transportation to and from work‑related activities and assignments
