Job Title: Project Manager

Salary Range: $65,000+

Maine Passive House is seeking a high performance custom residential (& light commercial) Project Manager with 8+ years of experience who demonstrates a deep understanding of the construction industry and quality customer service.

• Experience running multi-million dollar high end custom residential projects
• Experience in multifamily/ residential commercial construction, specifically affordable housing
• Track record of excellent customer service and problem solving capabilities
• Proficient with estimating software (Construction Suite, Procore, etc.), Scheduling programs (Smartsheets/Microsoft Project, etc.), Google sheets and documents, Word, Excel, etc.
• Experience with personnel management OSHA 30hr

• $36-$52/hr to start (pay determined by experience and abilities)
