Oversee daily site operations and manage the construction schedule to ensure projects stay on track

Lead and supervise construction teams and subcontractors, ensuring high-quality execution

Implement and enforce safety protocols, maintaining a safe work environment in compliance with OSHA regulations

Monitor construction quality and ensure all work aligns with project specifications and industry standards

Identify and resolve issues that arise during construction, such as delays or resource shortages

8+ years of experience as a Superintendent for a commercial general contractor

Field experience managing commercial projects valued at $5M-$30M+, ideally in the Grocery or Big Box Retail sectors

Strong understanding of documentation and processes between owners, architects, and contractors

Excellent communication and leadership skills

Ability to read and interpret construction documents, project plans, specifications, and shop drawings
