Job Description

Olsson provides construction management, administration, and observation services for various types of projects to assure that work is performed in conformance with project documents. Our construction services include daily observation / inspection, project documentation, submittal review, design support, shop drawing review, payment application review, payroll review, and oversight for materials testing. We provide technically qualified personnel for our clients’ specific project requirements.

This leader will provide strategic direction and operational oversight for a geographically diverse team, ensuring excellence in project delivery, employee development, client service, safety, and financial performance. The successful candidate will partner closely with group leaders and senior leadership to establish growth strategies, drive operational consistency, develop future leaders, and strengthen relationships with key clients across multiple markets.

This role requires a balance of visionary leadership and hands‑on business management, with responsibility for workforce planning, resource allocation, project execution, quality management, and achieving team performance goals. As a visible leader within the organization, this individual will play a critical role in expanding Olsson's construction services presence, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement, and positioning the team for long‑term success.
