Support senior project managers across active plumbing projects from start to finish

Build and update schedules while tracking key deadlines

Review drawings, RFIs, and specifications

Coordinate with PMs, foremen, and field teams on daily work and sequencing

Assist with estimating and bidding by tracking costs and preparing reports

Help monitor project budgets with guidance from the PM

Support project closeout by preparing punch lists, collecting as built drawings, and organizing turnover documents

Help ensure plumbing codes, safety rules, and job site standards are followed

Log safety meetings and incidents

A bachelors degree in Construction Management or a related field

1-2 years of construction experience preferred

Exposure to plumbing project management or estimating is a plus

Detail oriented with the ability to work across office and field teams
